Adam Coven brings over 25 years of expertise across hands-on technical roles and strategic leadership in security engineering and infrastructure architecture. His experience spans organizations of all sizes — from agile startups to Fortune 20 enterprises — giving him a unique ability to design and manage secure, scalable, and efficient business environments in any setting.

Adam is a results-driven professional known for aligning cutting-edge technologies with business strategy to improve operational security, compliance, and resilience. He has led teams, departments, and critical projects that deliver long-term infrastructure stability and protection.

George Katouchis – Co-Founder & Technology Strategist

George Katouchis is a seasoned IT leader with expertise across hands-on technical roles bringing a strong background in the administration, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT systems. Before launching Astra with Adam, George held key technical positions at Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Sidera Networks (formerly RCN Metro), Thomson Reuters, and Infragistics.

George combines deep technical proficiency with strategic vision, helping organizations deploy secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology infrastructures. His leadership and collaborative approach have made him a trusted advisor in a range of enterprise environments.
